I worked within the marketing team as well as cross-functionally with both the programs and development departments to support social media, email marketing, print + digital advertising, marketing collateral, website development projects, educational materials, b2b materials, etc. Designing in a professional, fast-paced environment among a team of creatives and brilliant thinkers has been an extremely rewarding experience that has encompassed life-saving work, touching millions of young women's lives every single day, which I am so incredibly proud of. Here are a handful of projects I worked on.
This is a collection I created for the Not On Paper show I participated in showcased at The Hokin Gallery in Chicago. I wanted to create a collection of items a child could bring along with them to a sleepover! This project gave me the opportunity to bring my love for animals, research, and illustration together and create tangible items someone could enjoy, and love forever!
Frank Magazine is Columbia College Chicago's Photography Department's digital publication available from the Apple App Store and created with Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (DPS). The magazine content and creation is produced by a team of 8 students from Columbia College Chicago collaborating from Photography, Art & Design, and Journalism and mentored by Jo-Nell Sieren from Photography. Frank is supported by Adobe and was a 2013 recipient of the CiTE Innovation Fellowship. Issues 1, 2, and 3 are now available on the App Store

A personal project about breaking the boundaries of what illustration can be. I chose the RedEye because I not only enjoy getting my news from the publication, but it is also something that is ALWAYS in my everyday life. I wanted to transform the RedEye Box and implement my style in a three dimensional way.
The project took off and got picked up by the RedEye itself, took over their social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), and then led to a feature online written by Shelbie Bostedt.
Materials used: Old Iron Man T-shirt (sorry Tony Stark), Recycled Cardboard, Duct Tape, Fluffy Goodness, White Acrylic Paint, Recycled Plastic, Old Christmas Socks & Wax Paper.
